Skating is booked in timed slots, and the ticket price includes skate rental; walk-ups are accepted when there is room but are not guaranteed a slot, so families with young children are better off reserving ahead, especially on weekends. Every skater, including walk-ups, must complete the online waiver. Weekday sessions run in the late afternoon and evening, Saturdays all day and Sundays from noon; the rink keeps longer 10 AM–10 PM hours during Thanksgiving week, the December 20 – January 3 school break, New Year's Eve and Day and on Fulton County public school holidays. Tickets are non-refundable but can be moved to another date if space allows. The shops, restaurants and Santa's cottage around the Plaza make it easy to turn a skate into a holiday outing. ## Similar picks in Atlanta - [Miracle on 10th Street Ice Rink at Park Tavern](https://grassyknees.com/atlanta/activities/miracle-on-10th-street-ice-rink-at-park-tavern--listing-0320887003a2ff1375170cb2) — Nov 28 – Feb 7 · Park Tavern (Piedmont Park) · Paid · checked Oct 21.
