Roswell Youth Theatre, the resident youth company of the City of Roswell's performing arts program, stages Disney's Newsies JR. as its fall show at the Roswell Cultural Arts Center on November 20–21, 2026. Young performers tell the story of the turn-of-the-century New York newsboys who strike against powerful publishers, with Alan Menken and Jack Feldman's score. The show runs about 60 minutes including an intermission, a comfortable length for elementary-age audiences and a good pick for kids interested in musical theatre. Reserved seats are $20; children 2 and under on a lap are free. Online sales end an hour before each show and tickets are non-refundable.
