The bilingual English–Spanish event is a good fit for families who want to combine the costume fun of Halloween with the Mexican Day of the Dead tradition in one outing, and the indoor-outdoor mall setting has plenty of food stalls and shops for afterward. Children can come in costume for the contest. There is no ticket or registration; just arrive during the event hours.
