Children hear about people and movements that worked for a fairer world and how courage and peaceful action can create change. After the reading, families join a hands-on activity inspired by the book that encourages creativity, reflection and conversation about fairness and empathy. There are two readings in the children's gallery, and the program is designed for young learners and their families. ## Similar picks in Atlanta - [Saturday Adventures at the Center: Side Quest](https://grassyknees.com/atlanta/activities/saturday-adventures-at-the-center-side-quest--listing-f6ec68d4d657515591bffb35) — Sat, Nov 21 · 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM · National Center for Civil and Human Rights · checked Oct 16.
