On December 29 and 30, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day, visitors of all ages can come in and make art during the school holiday break, with no sign-up required. The studio is free with museum admission, so families pay their regular entry and the art-making is included. Adults must stay with their children at all times. It is a low-key indoor option for a winter-break day: children can try a project, then walk the museum's Western art galleries, and come back to the studio if they want another round. Check the museum's website for admission prices and holiday hours before visiting. ## Similar picks in Atlanta - [Holiday Family Open Studio — Booth Western Art Museum (Nov 24)](https://grassyknees.com/atlanta/activities/holiday-family-open-studio-booth-western-art-museum-nov-24--listing-4f41f8e20e00b9d90a2ee4a7) — Tue, Nov 24 · 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM · Booth Western Art Museum, Cartersville · All ages · With admission · checked Oct 24.
