Participants pick from a variety of craft pumpkin forms and materials and decorate a pumpkin to their own design, so there is no carving and nothing to bring from home. It is a relaxed drop-in style afternoon for creative teens who want something to do on Halloween before trick-or-treating, and a way to meet other teens who use the library. The library lists it under its Library category on the city events calendar; no fee or registration is mentioned on the event page, so check with the library desk if you want to be sure of a spot. ## Similar picks in Austin - [Oil Pastel Pumpkins Art Workshop at Laura's Library](https://grassyknees.com/austin/activities/oil-pastel-pumpkins-art-workshop-at-laura-s-library--listing-f3337b2288dc0e599ce4c710) — Sun, Oct 25 · 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM · Laura's Library (Laura Bush Community Library) · checked Oct 16.
