Each 45-minute class mixes age-appropriate yoga poses with movement games, breathing exercises, songs, stories, a little dancing and a short relaxation at the end, so it feels more like playtime than a workout. Grown-ups join in alongside their little ones, which makes it a good first group class for children who are not ready to be dropped off.
