Wilco Outdoor Active Homeschoolers (WOAH) hosts a free afternoon at Round Rock Public Library all about November's favourite bird, the turkey. Families do hands-on experiments and activities in the first-floor meeting room from 1:30 to 3:00 pm. The event doubles as a donation drive: please bring two perishable items for the Round Rock Serving Center. Questions go to the WOAH organisers by email. Best for homeschooling families with school-age kids, though siblings are welcome.
