Free annual festival and night-time lantern parade in Patterson Park presented by Creative Alliance with Friends of Patterson Park. The festival starts at 4pm at the Pulaski Monument with a kids and family costume contest (registration from 3:30pm), lantern-making workshops, performers and vendors. Parade line-up is by the Boat Lake at 6:30pm, the parade steps off at 7pm, and the finale is on the stage at the Pulaski Monument at 8:30pm. Rain date is Sunday, October 25.
