Children ages 8 to 10 design and build their own mini catapult at the Elkridge Branch library, then launch tiny pumpkins across the room and test it for distance and accuracy. The session lasts 45 minutes and is part of the 2026 Maryland STEM Festival. A ticket is required; tickets are available at the children's desk 15 minutes before the start.
