Scrooge's Christmas Eve visits from the ghosts of past, present and future are told with music and dance on the historic downtown Rochester stage, and the theater pitches it as a show to bring the whole family to. Children who know the story from books or films will follow it easily; the ghost scenes may be a little spooky for the youngest. A sponsored offer gives two youth tickets (18 and under) at $10 each with the purchase of one full-price ticket, which makes it an affordable outing for a family group. Doors and concessions open 30 minutes before each show; individual performance times are not printed on the event page, so check the ticket link for the schedule. ## Similar picks in Boston - [A Christmas Carol on the Salem Trolley](https://grassyknees.com/boston/activities/a-christmas-carol-on-the-salem-trolley--listing-c78b54a0d43ee08ee410b307) — Nov 28 – Dec 23 · Salem Trolley (check-in at Timeless Life Treasures) · From $36 · checked Oct 24.
