She shares her personal path into chemical engineering and takes questions from children about why she finds the field exciting, and then families try hands-on activities inspired by her research. The series was developed with biologist Ellice Patterson, founder of Abilities Dance Boston and a Discovery Museum science communication fellow. A good fit for curious school-age kids who like asking a real scientist questions; younger siblings can join the hands-on part.
