## About

On Thursday afternoons the da Vinci Workshop at Discovery Museum in Acton opens its woodworking bench so children can try common hand tools: hammers and nails, hand drills and more, with museum staff on hand. It gives kids a safe first go at real tools and the satisfaction of driving a nail or drilling a hole themselves; preschoolers can work with a grown-up and school-age kids can build more independently. Drop in during the two-hour session; included with museum admission.
