Museum educators lead letter songs and help children practice identifying things that start with the week's letter; afterwards kids search the museum for the hidden letter and bring it to an educator to earn a sticker. The museum's exhibits are designed for children from birth to six and are based on nursery rhymes illustrated by Vernon Grant. The program is listed on Thursdays from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., with a new letter each week (for example, 'H' on January 7, 2027). ## Similar picks in Charlotte - [Wee Wednesday at Main Street Children's Museum](https://grassyknees.com/charlotte/activities/wee-wednesday-at-main-street-children-s-museum--listing-4542a615d24058fb785b0b42) — Wed, Oct 28 (+2 more dates) · 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM · Main Street Children's Museum, Rock Hill · Ages 0–6 · From $10 · checked Oct 22.
