Families book a time slot online ahead of the visit to skip the wait, meet Santa, share wish lists and leave with professional photos. Hours change through the season: in November Santa is usually there 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. on weekdays, 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Saturdays and noon to 6 p.m. on Sundays; from early December the days get longer, and the last three days before Christmas he is in from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. He is closed on Thanksgiving Day and finishes at 5 p.m. on December 24. The mall points visitors to the West Plaza entrance. ## Similar picks in Charlotte - [Santa Photos at Concord Mills](https://grassyknees.com/charlotte/activities/santa-photos-at-concord-mills--listing-1df1fa8da8c4b9caaea45eca) — Nov 20 – Dec 24 · Concord Mills (near the Dining Pavilion) · All ages · checked Oct 27.
