The Lebanon Mason Monroe Railroad's most popular event: a 1-hour-15-minute holiday train ride from downtown Lebanon through Warren County with Santa and his elves aboard. Cars are decorated with holiday lights, every child receives a souvenir bell and a holiday cookie, and hot chocolate can be bought at the station and carried onto the train. Coach Class uses heated 1930s-style bench seating; Deluxe Class has climate-controlled individual seats with more legroom. Rides run on weekends from November 20 and on most evenings in December, with departures between about 11 a.m. and 8 p.m. depending on the day, through December 23. Tickets start at $30 for Coach and $40 for Deluxe and are booked online through the railroad's booking calendar; the ride is listed for all ages.
