## About

Main Street Delaware's annual Light the Night Christmas Parade steps off from Mingo Park and travels down Sandusky Street to Wilmer Street. The 2026 date on the downtown Christmas page is Sunday, December 6. The page does not print a start time. Spectator tickets are not mentioned. The Register Now link on that section is the participant form for people who want to be in the parade, not a ticket for people watching from the sidewalk. Modern Woodmen, Denney Agency, is named as the parade sponsor. Mingo Park is a city park with ball fields, a skate park, playgrounds, and shelters; the parade uses it as the starting point.
