Instructor Nicole leads the workshop, which runs for two and a half hours, long enough for beginners to finish a piece. No embroidery experience is needed, and the library provides all of the supplies. The library lists the session for tweens, teens and adults, so a parent and an older child can sign up together and each take home an ornament to hang or give as a gift. Registration is required through the event's page on the library calendar, and the workshop meets in the branch's deAngeli Meeting Room. ## Similar picks in Detroit - [Brighten the Library with Holiday Crafts — Troy Public Library](https://grassyknees.com/detroit/activities/brighten-the-library-with-holiday-crafts-troy-public-library--listing-46ec3069400bc23761144c37) — Sat, Nov 14 · 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM · Troy Public Library · Free · checked Oct 16.
