Families explore the exhibits about the human body, health and medical science, and can add two low-cost activities bought at the front desk: the DeBakey Cell Lab, where kids put on a lab coat, gloves and goggles for hands-on cell biology in English or Spanish, and a live organ dissection with a trivia game in the McGovern Theater at 3 pm. Free timed tickets must be reserved online and are released each Monday at 10 am for that week only, so plan early in the week. Re-entry is not allowed, and surface-lot parking is generally $10. ## Similar picks in Houston - [Trick or Treat Weekend at Children's Museum Houston](https://grassyknees.com/houston/activities/trick-or-treat-weekend-at-children-s-museum-houston--listing-e7950eb0af46d85c0e719f97) — Sat, Oct 24 (+1 more date) · 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM · Children's Museum Houston · All ages · Paid · checked Oct 16.
