Families book one of three sessions (9:30–11, 11:45–1:15 or 2–3:30). Children make their own party hat and a DIY noisemaker, then celebrate with entertainment from Tom's Fun Band and Claude the Juggler. The museum is open only for this event that day, so book a session in advance; babies under one are free. ## Similar picks in Houston - [New Year's Count Down at Noon — Helen Hall Library, League City](https://grassyknees.com/houston/activities/new-year-s-count-down-at-noon-helen-hall-library-league-city--listing-027132db71973bca8884a538) — Thu, Dec 31 · 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM · Helen Hall Library, League City · checked Oct 20.
