It is a festive way to celebrate a Feliz Navidad together, and a good introduction to live mariachi for children; the presenter sets a minimum age of 6, so it works best for school-age kids who can manage an evening concert. The show is part of the Houston Symphony's holiday series, but the orchestra itself does not perform. There is one performance only, on the Monday evening at the start of winter break. ## Similar picks in Houston - [Christmas Around the World — Helen Hall Library, League City](https://grassyknees.com/houston/activities/christmas-around-the-world-helen-hall-library-league-city--listing-d4561ef0e46c5acf69baa7a5) — Sat, Dec 19 · 10:30 AM – 12:00 PM · Helen Hall Library, League City · All ages · checked Oct 20.
