Children trick-or-treat at five candy stations spread through the museum all day, meet Cookie Monster and Elmo for photos (10 AM–2 PM), and dance to Halloween tunes with DJ Beetlejuice in the Kidtropolis Town Center. Craft stations run all day — monster headbands in Junktion and thermoplastic-bead monsters in the Science Station that double as a lesson in reversible physical changes — and a Monster Stuffies workshop at the top of every hour from 10 AM to 2 PM lets kids sew a silly monster to take home (12 per session, recommended ages 3+).
