Participants decorate tree ornaments with real seashells using decoupage, layering shells and paper onto the ornament and sealing them so they keep. All supplies are included in the small registration fee. Only 25 places are available, so register early through the center's event page. It suits children who can manage glue and small pieces, so younger ones will need a parent's help, and it makes a hand-made ornament to bring home ahead of the Christmas season in Brazoria County. ## Similar picks in Houston - [Writing Workshops with Writers in the Schools — November](https://grassyknees.com/houston/activities/writing-workshops-with-writers-in-the-schools-november--listing-c55d981f1b863af0a505ef8b) — Sat, Nov 14 · 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM · Discovery Green — Hess Patio Deck · Free · checked Oct 11.
