## About

Hendricks County Parks' annual Fall Colors Festival fills McCloud Nature Park near North Salem with old-fashioned fall family activities: hayrides through the autumn woods, a campfire, butter making and candle dipping demonstrations kids can try, axe throwing for older participants, local vendors and food trucks. It is a free, come-and-go community day from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., timed for peak foliage along the park's trails. The festival goes on rain or shine but may be cancelled in severe weather.
