On school holidays the St. Augustine Alligator Farm runs single-day Zoo Camps for children ages 6 to 10. Campers spend 9 am to 4 pm learning about wildlife and zoo conservation from the education team, exploring the park and making friends. Lunch and snacks are provided, or children can bring their own. Pack a small bag with a water bottle, closed-toe shoes with a back (no clog-style shoes), outdoor clothes, a jacket if needed and any daily medications. Before and after care are not offered. Dates in this window fall on Veterans Day, Thanksgiving week and the week before Christmas, plus MLK Day. Register online; members get a discount when logged in. Cancellations more than two weeks ahead get a full refund.
