KC Parks Halloween event at Westport-Roanoke Community Center: kids can trick or treat along the trail, show off costumes in a costume parade, play games and enter the Ghoul House. Activities include a bouncy house, bobbing for pumpkins, fossil dig and pumpkin painting. All activities are free except the Ghoul House ($5 per person, buy in advance or day of). South entrance from 38th St. to Roanoke Rd. is closed; enter Roanoke Rd. from Karnes Blvd.; overflow parking at the athletic field and The Loretto.
