## About

Independence Parks and Recreation marks Rubber Ducky Day at George Owens DeWitt Hall with duck-themed games, crafts, duck facts, and a selfie station where children can make a duck face. The page calls it a free program geared toward kids ages 13 and under. It is a Saturday morning on the Martin Luther King Jr. weekend, starting at 10:00 am, and it does not describe a fee or a signup. Younger siblings fit the age note better than teens. The hall is at the nature park, so families can pair it with time outside if the weather allows, though the program itself is listed at the hall.
