The Neighborhood Recreation Center in North Las Vegas celebrates Día de los Muertos with a Catrina costume competition, altars on display and crafts for all ages. It is a two-hour evening event, from 5 to 7 pm, and a good way for children to learn about the tradition through making things and seeing the altars up close.
