Families wander a cemetery of hundreds of decorated trees and jack-o'-lanterns, then sack-slide down the 50-foot Avalanche Slide and ride Cheyenne's Enchanted Carousel, the Forest Express passenger train and the Wizard's Wondrous Whirlpool (those three need riders 42 inches tall unless a guardian rides along). Smaller children can stick to Hal & Hally's Slightly Spooky Funhouse, Rod's Mini Golf, the trick-or-treat stations and the photo spots; Magical Midway carnival games such as ring toss and the duck pond cost $5 each. Food is sold in Camelot Hall, along the main drag and at the Cookie Cabin, and a 21+ beer garden opens on select evenings. New this year, tickets are date-specific: pick your night when you buy online, since nights can sell out, though the box office also sells on site until 30 minutes before closing. Adults are asked not to wear masks, and the whole event is outdoors, so dress for the weather.
