Nevada's largest literary event, produced by the city of Las Vegas and Nevada Humanities. The free festival offers author discussions, book signings, readings, workshops and presentations across genres including children's literature and young adult fiction. Families can visit the Library Corner with live author readings, illustrator demonstrations and interactive activities for young readers; the Spark! Youth Poetry Competition for Clark County students in grades 9-12 takes place at the Poetry Pavilion. Independent vendors and food trucks are on site. No pets on the festival grounds.
