Summerlin Library rings in 2027 early for children who will not make it to midnight. Kids make New Year's crafts and then join a countdown to noon. The program takes place in the main Youth Library area as a large-group event, so no tickets are needed, and it lasts half an hour. It is geared to ages 2 and up. Free.
