A winter edition of Spring Valley Library's Watercolor Wednesday for children in kindergarten through fifth grade. Kids use a wax-resist technique and sprinkle salt into wet watercolor to create a frosty snowflake design, then turn it into a holiday card to give away. The program lasts an hour after school. It is free and open to the public; supplies are limited and handed out first come, first served. Call the Youth Services Desk at 702.507.3823 for information.
