Downtown Anaheim's volunteer-run fall tradition. The free festival at Center Greens and the Center Street Promenade includes live performances (e.g., Bob Baker Marionettes, King Kukulele, folklorico), local artist and food vendors, the Anaheim Classic Car Show, kids' crafts such as wooden ornament painting and piñata making, the Anaheim Public Library STEAM Van, and a scavenger hunt for hidden parade floats. A Kiddie Costume Contest for children 12 and under (plus a Best Family Group category) registers 10–10:55 a.m. at the Information Booth, limited to the first 300 entries. The day culminates in the Halloween Parade at 7 p.m., starting at Anaheim Blvd and Broadway, turning down Center St. Promenade and ending at Broadway and West St, with English and Spanish announcers.
