For the sixth year the L.A. Zoo and Plaza de la Raza Cultural Center for the Arts & Education present the Beloved Pets Ofrenda, a Día de los Muertos altar honoring cherished animal companions that have passed away. Staff help guests print pet photos from their phones or draw their pets, decorate frames and place them on the ofrenda on Saturdays and Sundays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.; the altar is open for contributions during all Zoo hours.
