Calling all little monsters: a day of dancing, trick-or-treating, laughter and imaginative play at Pretend City, collecting treats around the city and enjoying a puppet show (Franklin Haynes Marionettes per the event tags). Trick-or-treating at 10:30 am, 12 pm and 2:00 pm.
