Palisades Recreation Center's Halloween morning is held at Rustic Canyon Recreation Center this year. An MC leads old-fashioned outdoor games with the crowd, hands out prizes and runs a costume parade, and the grounds hold three bounce houses, six carnival-style games, three craft tables, a coloring table and a trick-or-treat village throughout the center. It runs 10:30 am to 2:30 pm on Saturday, October 31, free and for all ages.
