Monrovia's Trick-or-Treat and Halloween Bash takes over Library Park on Halloween itself, Saturday, October 31, from 3 to 6 p.m. Children can enter the costume contest (registration is on site from 3 p.m.), enjoy activities set up in the park, and take a daytime trick-or-treat stroll through Old Town Monrovia, where participating merchants hand out treats. The afternoon timing makes it a good fit for toddlers and younger school-age children who are done before dark. For details, contact the Monrovia Community Center at 626-256-8246.
