The city's famous holiday tree made of sand, Sandi, is at the heart of it. The city says opening-night festivities and the season's schedule are still being finalized, so nightly hours and show times are not posted yet; the official lighting of Sandi is set for Thursday, Dec 3. The season is presented by Florida Power & Light and centers on the waterfront at the foot of Clematis Street. ## Similar picks in Miami - [Holiday in Paradise Tree Lighting — Sandi the sand tree, West Palm Beach](https://grassyknees.com/miami/activities/holiday-in-paradise-tree-lighting-sandi-the-sand-tree-west-palm-beach--listing-9dcb97345254ffad541b3ae8) — Thu, Dec 3 · 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM · Waterfront Commons, Meyer Amphitheatre & Flagler Drive, West Palm Beach · All ages · Free · checked Oct 27.
