Siblings Jack and Annie are carried back to the age of pirates, where they hunt for buried treasure, follow mysterious maps and outwit a crew of bumbling pirates, learning about courage and teamwork along the way. The city describes it as a perfect introduction to live theatre for young audiences, with catchy songs, colorful costumes and playful staging. At about 30 minutes per show it is short enough for preschoolers and early-elementary children, and fans of the book series will recognize the characters. The show is rated G. There are four performances on the same Saturday, so families can pick a morning, midday, afternoon or early-evening slot. Seats are reserved; tickets are sold online (until two hours before each show), by phone or at the Civic Center box office, and parking is free. ## Similar picks in Miami - [Jingle Bell Magic Show — California Club Branch Library](https://grassyknees.com/miami/activities/jingle-bell-magic-show-california-club-branch-library--listing-2cd18d6660a23558f5cfc876) — Sat, Dec 12 · 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM · California Club Branch Library · All ages · Free · checked Oct 20.
