Miami Beach Parks and Recreation's Halloween evening for Miami Beach residents at the Scott Rakow Youth Center, with carnival games, rides and a Treats for Tots area for toddlers and young children, among other activities. Wristbands are required for all rides and attractions, including the parking shuttle bus; families can skip the wristband lines by pre-registering online and picking wristbands up beforehand at Scott Rakow Youth Center or North Shore Park & Youth Center (Monday–Friday, 10 a.m.–7 p.m., from October 12). Complimentary shuttle parking runs from the Miami Beach Senior High School parking lot, and food trucks, vendors and concessions sell food.
