## About

The Marcus Performing Arts Center has marked Dr. King's birthday every year since 1984. The free celebration showcases local young people who interpret Dr. King's words through the center's art, writing and speech contests; this year's theme is 'A Look to the Future'. A meaningful MLK Day outing for families, and a chance for children to see peers on stage. Listed for all ages.
