## About

Schlitz Audubon's annual raptor festival. With an Xtreme Passport, families follow the Talon Quest Adventure Hike along the trails to meet the center's resident owls, hawks, falcons and eagles, and can greet Valkyrie, Milwaukee's bald eagle, from 10:30 to noon. Raptor shows run at 11 a.m., 1 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. Stations around the grounds include Owl Cove, Vulture Culture, science experiments in the Raptor Lab, migration watching at the Observation Tower, window decals for migrating birds, bird crafts and face painting. Photos with a raptor are an extra $25 ($40 with the bald eagle), sign-up in person on the day. Food trucks sell lunch. Rain or shine; the center is open only for this event that day.
