The event is open to ages 0-10 and is held on the stage at Riverfront Memorial Park; the 2026 brochure lists the Anoka City Hall Community Room (2015 1st Ave N) as the rain location. It is run in partnership with the Anoka-Hennepin ECFE and Preschool Program and Storybook Entertainment. Registration is online (Google form) or same day.
