Naturalists at Mississippi Gateway Regional Park in Brooklyn Park bring out a few of the park's live animal ambassadors so visitors can see them up close and learn what makes each critter unique. It is a free, come-and-go program for all ages between 1 and 3 p.m., well suited to toddlers and young children who want a close look at animals. Dress for the weather, as the program page notes it is held outdoors.
