Indoor trick-or-treating on Halloween, Saturday, October 31, 4:30-6:30 p.m., at Bay Harbor Senior Living in River Falls. Kids in costume go door to door inside the building, where residents hand out treats. The organizer pitches it as a warm, safe alternative to a cold evening outside, and says the seniors love seeing the kids dressed up. Free; no registration is mentioned.
