A hands-on breakfast cooking class for young chefs at the Oliver H. Kelley Farm. Students learn the science of custards while baking sweet bread pudding muffins, practise the pan control needed for French crepes, and whip cream from scratch to learn about aeration. Registration covers all ingredients, child-safe tools, recipe cards and full-day access to explore the historic farmstead afterward. MNHS says the class is ideal for ages 8-14 but has no age limit; children 5-8 must come with an adult, and adults can join for the ticket price. Saturday, October 17, 9:30-11 a.m.
