Learn how to make a folding sea monster for Halloween, drawing inspiration from Central American folklore such as the Ipupiara from 16th-century Tupi mythology in coastal Brazil. Participants fold a large piece of paper, draw monsters in pencil and sharpie, then add color with markers or colored pencils. Presented by RRAC. Funded by the Minnesota Arts and Cultural Heritage Fund.
