Two-hour family handbuilding workshop with instructor Eileen Cohen at Northern Clay Center. Explore forms made with rolled and extruded coils, then make either a whimsical covered container inspired by a stack of pancakes for maple syrup or a beehive for honey, and paint it with colored slips. Ages 6+, all skill levels welcome. Two sessions on Saturday, November 21: 26FF6 10 am-12 pm and 26FF7 1-3 pm. The fee covers two people (one adult and one child); each additional participant is $30 and must be registered through the education office. Children must be accompanied by an adult; no open-studio access.
