Landmark Center's free family Halloween party fills the Musser Cortile in downtown St. Paul for two hours on the Sunday before Halloween. Kids can join a costume parade at 2 p.m., get their faces painted, make crafts, dance to a DJ and collect candy, plus play carnival-style games such as Plinko, fishing for prizes, ring toss, bag toss and a cake walk. Free admission; come in costume.
