Kids search for birds, insects, plants, fish and anything else that lives there, learning from local naturalists while every find adds to a real snapshot of Murfreesboro's biodiversity. No experience is needed. Bring comfortable shoes that can get muddy, a water bottle, sunscreen and bug spray, and a smartphone or camera to photograph discoveries (the iNaturalist app is suggested), plus binoculars or magnifying glasses if you have them.
